Built with the teams who run operations

Alicenta is an operational management platform by DASI Software AB. It brings field work, case management, reporting and follow-up into one system — so service companies keep full control across every site and shift.

Alicenta started inside a real operation. It was first built for a Swedish security and service company to log incidents, coordinate assignments and prove that work was done — then shaped over years of daily use with the people on the ground.

Today DASI Software AB offers that same platform to service-intensive organisations across the Nordics: security, facility management, property and technical maintenance, and field service. The goal is simple — flexible and easy to configure, without the weight of a traditional ERP.

What we believe in

The freedom we want to give you

A few ideas that guide how we build Alicenta — and what we want it to feel like to use.

01

Change it yourself

We think the people who run an operation understand it better than anyone. So when something needs to change — a field, a form, who can see what — you should be able to open the settings and do it, and have it take effect everywhere at once. No ticket, no waiting for a release.

02

Built to bend

We didn't build Alicenta for one industry. We'd rather the system bend to how you already work — a handful of people or a few hundred, one site or many — than ask you to bend to it.

03

Yours to keep

We'd rather you feel in control than dependent on us. Adjust things as the work changes; when you genuinely need something new built, we're here — but that should be the exception, not everyday life.

04

From the field up

Everything here grew out of daily operations with people on the ground. We keep it modern and open underneath, so it fits alongside the tools you already rely on.
